Our Experience
Barry & Kinzer LLP has unmatched trial experience in Berkshire County. Founding Partners, Attorney Gregory M. Barry, and Attorney Robert Kinzer, both had over 20 years of experience at the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office before creating their firm in 2019. As Assistant District Attorneys, Attorney Barry & Kinzer managed well over 10,000 criminal cases in both the District and Superior Courts. They performed hundreds of criminal trials from Operating Under the Influence cases in the District Court to Murders in the Superior Court. Their courtroom trial experience is invaluable in any criminal matter with which you are faced.
In addition to their work in criminal defense, since 2019 Barry & Kinzer has focused their practice on assisting Landlords in all Landlord/Tenant issues and both private buyers and corporations in all types of Real Estate transactions.
