The Site is created by Barry & Kinzer LLP.  The “Contact Us” and “Request an Appointment” sections of the Site are opportunities to submit information to Barry & Kinzer LLP.  This Privacy Policy is written to better explain how we collect and use your information.  By accessing and/or using the site, you agree you have read and understand this privacy policy and agree with the terms of the privacy policy.  You must visit this page each time you come to the Site, and read and agree to it if the Privacy Policy to see if it has been modified.

The “Contact Us” and “Request an Appointment” sections of the Site include forms to submit your name, email address, and basic, non-confidential information about your legal needs.  We will not disclose any information that you provide to us except in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Your information will not be sold or shared with any other party.  You are responsible for your own communications, including the upload and transmission of information

If you contact us for assistance, we may use any contact you provide to us, including your name and email address to provide service to you.  We, and our third party service providers, may store the collected information for as long as needed for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, which may be indefinitely.

By using the Site, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Berkshire County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts with respect to any claims arising from your use of the Site. In addition, you are agreeing to knowingly and voluntarily waiving the right to a jury trial in any action brought in reference to the Site.
